Lists

The challenge for making lists in journaling is to make the number of your list larger than what you can logically come up with. If 50 sounds like an easy list, then take the number higher, such as 100.

Challenge yourself to get past the logical list. Tap into the deep. Dive below the surface.

List ideas for your journal:

100 things you like to do
5 people in your life you find fascinating (no goofy famous ones)
Your beliefs (I believe in ...)
Things you're good at
Things you like about yourself
Blessings you've received
Things you’re grateful for
Things you want to try
Excuses you're making for not trying
Things you're upset about
Things you need to lay aside that are keeping you from moving forward

Look over your list. Does it list things you think you deserve or are entitled to? Think about it, pray about it. Can it be deleted from your list?
